Polini Maxi Hi-Speed variator suitable for Kymco Agility 300i Euro 4 (4-stroke).
Performance enhancing variator with a chrome nickel steel piston pin: very low coefficient of friction and carbon-based DLC treatment is specifically for racing applications.
An additional internal grease reservoir and a special spring ensure constant and uniform lubrication of the gudgeon pin even under the highest loads. This innovative design eliminates the need for constant touch-ups (e.g. on the roller weights).
Due to the counter-pressure spring, which is 15% harder than the original spring, a higher engine speed is achieved during start-up and more engine power is available in the process.
